The Howff is a takeaway & deli eatery in Port Seton, East Lothian, selling hot filled breakfast rolls, cold filled rolls, baguettes, sandwiches, wraps, toasties and paninis, as well as fresh home-made soups, stovies, salads and quiches.
From the deli, meat is sold by the slice or by weight. Chopped Pork is everyone’s favourite, as well as the very good quality Traditional Boiled Ham. Other meats are also available and change regularly. The Howff sells coleslaw, cheese savoury, salsa, and various other fillings by weight too, all made on the premises.
All baking on sale is home-made and changes daily. Gluten Free cakes are regularly made – please ask when next they’ll be available, or pre-order them before they sell. Victoria Sponges for birthday cakes are available to order.
There is a wall of stocked items on shelves for sale – most of these are made in The Howff Kitchen, or by local producers. The range changes regularly and The Howff is happy to hear from any local supplier who would like their produce stocked. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to stock your produce. Alternatively, come into the shop and speak with Hazel.
The Howff is conveniently situated on the main road en route to Seton Sands Holiday Village, and on the Golf Coast coastal road.
The Howff is open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, and Saturday 10am to 2.30pm. Closed Sundays
